Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh-2202, is a thriving residential
community named in honour of a respected figure in the university’s history,
Late Professor Ashraful Haque. The renowned agricultural
scientist Professor Haque stands as a testament to his immense contributions to
the field of agricultural science and education. Professor Haque was a
distinguished researcher and educator who earned international recognition for
his work in cytology, genetics, and plant breeding. He played a pivotal role in
advancing the academic and research environment at Bangladesh Agricultural
University after joining in 1964. His legacy of dedication and knowledge
continues to inspire generations of students. Ashraful Haque Hall has its
spacious dining facilities, common room, uninterrupted internet connectivity,
